Job summary

Camp Laurel South is seeking a Golf Program Director for Summer 2027 to lead our entire golf instruction program for campers aged 7–17. You will design daily lessons, supervise staff, and ensure safe, organized clinics across all skill levels.

The role emphasizes a fun, positive golf culture, strong leadership, and high standards for equipment and facilities. Dates run June 12 to mid-August 2027, with housing, meals, and laundry provided for summer staff.

Qualifications

• Strong playing background and love of teaching the game.
• Experience coaching or instructing junior golfers preferred.
• PGA/LPGA or First Tee background a plus, not required.
• Energetic, organized, and great with kids.
