You will drive high-impact technical initiatives and oversee multiple development teams delivering scalable, secure, and innovative products that serve millions of users worldwide.

The ideal candidate will balance speed with quality, coach engineering leaders, and foster accountability, innovation, and excellence across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Agile development, CI/CD, and engineering metrics.
• Experience managing distributed teams across geographies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligning with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple engineering teams worldwide.
• Ensure timely delivery of product and platform initiatives; optimize workflows and decisions.
• Evolve system architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and executives to align roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the development lifecycle.
• Foster a high-performance culture with transparency and continuous improvement.
