Xsolla Inc. seeks a Developer Experience Director to lead regional developer evangelists and shape engagement with the game developer community. You will drive lighthouse integrations, mentor a global team, and act as a senior advocate for developers across events and online communities.
The role combines technical leadership with strategic storytelling, developer content, and partnerships, ensuring Xsolla delivers world-class experiences for creators and studios.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Developer Relations with leadership experience.
- Strong game development background (mobile/PC/web) with API integrations.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and measure engagement.
- Established presence in regional and global game communities.
- Fluent in Russian and English; strong written and spoken skills.
- Willingness to travel across the CIS region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee developer relations activities in your region.
- Mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations).
- Lead lighthouse integration cases.
- Capture and act on developer feedback with Product Management.
- Be a senior advocate for game developers in your region.
- Represent Xsolla at industry events with talks and workshops.
- Organize developer meetups, hackathons, and platform launches.
- Guide creation of developer documentation and tutorials.
- Collaborate with Developer Marketing to track impact.
- Review performance with VP of Developer Relations and adjust tactics.
