Xsolla Inc. is seeking a Developer Relations Director to lead regional developer evangelists, drive lighthouse integrations, and deepen engagement with the game developer community.

The role blends technical leadership, community presence, and strategic oversight to deliver world-class experiences for developers worldwide. You will mentor the team, create impactful developer content, orchestrate at conferences and online communities, and collaborate with product teams to remove adoption barriers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Developer Relations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background in game development (mobile, PC, or web), including hands-on integrations and APIs.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver measurable engagement outcomes.
• Established presence in regional and global game developer communities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable addressing technical and business audiences.
• Experience producing high-quality technical content in multiple formats.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all developer relations activities in assigned region, aligning with global strategy and local market needs.
• Mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations) to foster technical excellence and empathy.
• Lead lighthouse integration cases—benchmark implementations that inspire partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to capture developer feedback and remove adoption barriers.
• Represent game developers in the region, engaging online and offline communities.
• Represent Xsolla at major regional/global events with impactful presentations and workshops.
• Organize developer meetups, hackathons, and events around platform launches (WWDC, I/O).
• Guide creation of developer documentation, tutorials, demos, and videos for regional markets.
• Ensure content covers both custom integration scenarios and self-service use cases.
