Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading multi-site teams.
• Proven success developing and launching new products.
• Sensor or transducer development experience.
• Automotive OEM/Tier 1 experience and a design-to-cost mindset.
• Commercially minded, decisive leader with cross-cultural effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global, multi-site engineering organization.
• Own the technology roadmap and drive products from concept to launch.
• Accelerate innovation while improving development speed, product cost, and execution.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, Sales, and other teams to turn market needs into successful products.
• Advance sensing technologies and identify new product and market opportunities.
• Build engineering capability, accountability, and future leaders across the organization.
