Job summary

Collectors is expanding its Boca Raton, FL operation and seeks a senior operations leader to own on-site production and logistics from pre-arrival to shipping. You will scale capacity, design workflows, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency while building leadership across teams.

The role demands a data-driven, CPI-minded professional with a proven track record in warehousing or fulfillment, capable of translating priorities into tangible plans and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven operational and leadership experience in GM/Director roles with a track record of delivering results.
• Proven ability to drive business performance in production, logistics, and quality excellence.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing processes to drive consistency, speed, and quality of delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site production and logistics end-to-end (pre-arrival through shipping), balancing throughput, cost, and quality; grading remains out of scope and run by a separate org.
• Scale operations from thousands of items per year to tens of thousands, ensuring capacity planning, workflow design, staffing, and tech support for growth targets.
• Own and deliver Safety, Quality, Productivity, Throughput, and service KPIs with governance and accountability across teams.
• Provide production planning and coordination, setting goals and executable work plans for multi-team operations.
• Drive continuous improvement (CPI) to increase throughput, efficiency, and quality; define and standardize scalable processes.
• Build a high-ownership culture valuing urgency, pride, and operational discipline across the workspace.
• Develop leaders and teams in partnership with People team, aligning to an integrated business strategy.
• Manage site risk across safety, security, and insurance through cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to implement new tech solutions that unlock measurable gains.
• Cascade functional strategy and ensure operational effectiveness, making final decisions on implementation and budgets.
• Lead through subordinate managers across multiple departments, setting methods and evaluation criteria.
• Communicate across senior stakeholders to drive results and ensure schedules and budgets meet requirements.
• Lead by example and champion company policies, including safety, attendance & security.
