Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years in supply chain, warehouse ops, and logistics with people leadership.
• Experience designing/improving warehouse processes and WMS implementation.
• Experience with international ocean freight, carriers, and freight contracts.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance, customs docs, and USDA export rules.
• FTZ operations experience, preferably in Miami, and dry goods.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and transportation management tools.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations in multiple regions, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Design and improve warehouse processes with measurable gains in time, capacity, accuracy, service, and cost.
• Oversee WMS implementation, data readiness, testing, and training for adoption.
• Manage distribution network and freight movement, resolving delays and improving reliability.
• Develop and negotiate ocean freight contracts and carrier performance.
• Oversee import/export transactions and regulatory compliance, including FTZ setup in Miami.
• Coach and develop warehouse and logistics teams; set goals and succession plans.
• Define KPIs for productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery; report results.
