Blommer Chocolate Company in the United States seeks a senior professional to own commodity risk management. You will assess risk, design hedging programs, and lead supplier negotiations to protect margins across ingredients and energy. Travel up to 20% to work with suppliers and sites.

Strong leadership, extensive procurement experience, and solid communication skills are essential for guiding internal teams and external partners toward optimized sourcing and profitability.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years in supply chain/procurement with strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
• Experience developing hedging strategies and leading procurement initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking ability.

Mansioni

• Assess commodity cost risk and implement hedging strategies for sugar, dairy, fats/oils, currency, energy and ingredients.
• Lead contract negotiations and develop supplier partnerships for future sourcing.
• Provide analysis to Sales and Customers to maximize profitability while managing risk.
• Present complex market views to management and drive proactive risk management.
