Unilever Hoboken HQ is seeking a senior leader to define and govern the enterprise commodities risk-management strategy. You will lead a two-person CRM team and oversee exposures across agricultural, energy and other commodities to protect margin and cash flow.

Formación

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a quantitative field.
• Extensive senior experience in commodities risk management within a large multinational.
• Proven ability to design and govern enterprise risk frameworks across physical and financial exposures.
• Strong executive communication to Procurement, Treasury, Finance, Supply Chain and business leadership.
• Solid expertise in derivatives, hedging structures, basis and counterparty risk.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the enterprise commodities risk-management strategy, operating model and risk appetite.
• Oversee cover and hedging across physical contracts and derivatives to protect margins.
• Develop market intelligence from banks, brokers, exchanges and data providers.
• Report risk exposures, scenarios and hedge performance to risk committees.
• Align pricing, forecasting, liquidity and margin protection with Procurement and Finance.
• Ensure governance, controls and escalation protocols across CRM activities.
