Qualifications

• Extensive background directing inbound freight strategy and vendor operations.
• Experience scaling wholesale partnerships and EDI systems.
• Deep understanding of macro logistics trends, duty/tariff risk, and customs compliance.
• Data-driven with KPI tracking and cost forecasting experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Merchandising, Planning and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inbound freight strategy and vendor negotiations.
• Mitigate global supply chain risk with actionable strategies.
• Lead wholesale expansion through vendor readiness and EDI systems.
• Establish vendor scorecards and monthly cross-functional reviews.
• Forecast inbound freight costs with VP of Operations guidance.
• Direct and develop the Supply Chain Operations team.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sourcing, Merchandising, Planning.
