Based in Philadelphia, the Director manages international teams, negotiates complex enterprise deals, and oversees CRM operations to support data‑driven decision making and sustainable growth in a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience with multi‑functional teams.
• Experience in business development, commercial strategy, or enterprise sales.
• Strong background in financial data marketing or university licensing preferred.
• Experience owning CRM platforms and data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end global sales lifecycle to expand WRDS adoption internationally.
• Align CX, Marketing & Sales, and Revenue Management across international teams.
• Manage 6 direct reports and foster a high‑performing team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end revenue management and procurement hurdles.
• Cultivate partnerships with data vendors (e.g., S&P Global, Morningstar, LSEG).
• Own Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and revenue forecasting.
