Plymouth Rock Assurance seeks a strategic, hands-on Director of AI Engineering to lead Generative and Agentic AI initiatives. You will design scalable LLM-powered applications, agentic platforms, and MCP-based systems across internal and customer-facing use cases.

Lead a high-performing AI engineering team, define standards for secure AI delivery, and partner with security, legal, data, and business leaders to deliver measurable business impact.

Competenze

• 10+ years software engineering/ML/DS, with 2+ years AI systems development.
• 5+ years engineering leadership and team scaling.
• Enterprise-scale LLM-powered production experience.
• Strong Python, AI tooling (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn).
• Cloud AI infra expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP); security & observability.

Mansioni

• Define and lead AI engineering strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Build and scale LLM-powered apps and AI-native products.
• Lead development of AI agents and agentic platforms for multi-step tasks.
• Stand up MCP servers, tools, and secure platform integrations.
