Job summary

Area Agency On Aging Of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategic Advancement to lead fundraising and development activities that support services for older adults in Pasco and Pinellas counties.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of progressively responsible nonprofit fundraising or development experience.
• Demonstrated experience helping raise at least $300,000 annually, with documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field preferred; CFRE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate an annual development plan aligned with AAAPP’s priorities.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and corporate/foundation partners.
• Oversee grant opportunities, coordinate with program and finance staff, and ensure timely reporting.
• Plan and execute appeals, digital campaigns, and fundraising events including the Annual Luncheon.
• Maintain donor recognition and stewardship, coordinate acknowledgments, and communicate impact of gifts.
• Coordinate fundraising communications, newsletters, social media, and media outreach.
• Maintain donor records in Bloomerang, reconcile with Finance, and report results to leadership.
