Job summary

Mandala Healing Center in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Director of Fundraising to lead all fundraising initiatives for our nonprofit. You will build relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and partners to sustain and grow annual and long-term fundraising efforts.

The role requires a results-driven leader with a track record in grant writing, major gifts, donor engagement, and analytics, working closely with the Executive Director and Board.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in nonprofit fundraising or development leadership.
• Ability to secure major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with donor management software and fundraising analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy including major gifts, grants, events.
• Set annual fundraising goals and track progress toward targets.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to diversify revenue.
• Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising with programs.
• Prepare proposals, impact reports, and grant applications.
• Plan and oversee donor events and campaigns.
• Lead staff and volunteers; report to ED and Board.
