Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud, and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product‑focused software engineers.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
• Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full‑stack solutions across AWS environments.
• Shape long‑term technology strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
• Drive talent strategy and succession planning across engineering teams.
