Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• At least 5 years of people management experience
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture and cloud computing
• Experience with data architecture and distributed systems
• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture in multiple languages (Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala)
• 10+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and networking knowledge

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team
• Partner with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
