Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, a premier Montana resort, seeks a Director of Front Office to lead the Front Desk and related services. This role oversees Front Office, Valet, Transportation and Concierge, guiding team performance, budgeting, and service standards to drive profitable operations.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, supervisory background, and strong communication skills to maintain guest satisfaction and team development in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years guest service experience preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory or management experience.
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize Front Office, Valet, Transportation and Concierge operations.
• Supervise and develop Front Office management team.
• Maintain high service standards and maximize profitability.
• Plan and direct the Rooms department administration and planning.
• Hire, train, and discipline management staff.
• Attend executive level meetings.
