Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office and Housekeeping operations as a Director or above at a similar size and type of hotel
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred, or equivalent experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Manage rooms budget and financial plan
• Forecast room revenue and operating expenses
• Maintain statistical and financial records
• Plan Front Desk and Housekeeping operations
• Set goals and incentives for the team
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff
• Schedule work for individuals and teams
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback
• Ensure events and conferences run professionally
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs
