Job summary

Condé Nast is seeking an engineering leader to own the delivery of best‑in‑class customer experiences across brands. You will guide architecture and people leadership for the web application framework and consumer‑facing surfaces, ensuring pace, reliability and quality of shipping.

You will work with product, design and editorial partners globally, balance long‑term architecture with short‑term needs, and foster AI‑native practices to improve speed and reader satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams delivering consumer‑facing web at scale.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations/time zones.
• Strong hands‑on credibility in modern front‑end / web platform engineering and architecture.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with product, design and other cross‑functional partners.
• Experience driving AI‑native ways of working within a team, not just tolerating them.
• Sound judgment balancing platform health and delivery speed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading through influence.
