Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Director of FP&A and Treasury to lead financial planning, forecasting, capital deployment and treasury operations for long-term growth. You will guide analysts, deliver leadership-level insights and drive decision-making across the business.

Requires 12+ years in finance, 5+ years in leadership, ERP/BI experience (JD Edwards, Planful, Power BI, Salesforce) and a track record in manufacturing environments. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership experience in finance/treasury.
• Experience with ERP, planning and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and Treasury teams to drive planning, forecasting and capital strategy.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, KPI reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop long-range financial models and present to leadership and Board.
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow and debt/capital structure.
• Drive process improvements in forecasting, reporting quality and system use.
