Ascentek Services, LLC is seeking a Director of FP&A and Treasury to lead financial planning, forecasting, capital deployment, and treasury operations to support long-term growth. You’ll guide a team of analysts, build robust financial models, and present to leadership and the Board.

This role requires strategic insight, strong accounting and finance knowledge, and collaboration across functions. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, optimize cash flow and debt

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in finance, treasury or business analytics.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience with complex financial modeling and forecasting methods.
• Strong background in ERP, financial planning and BI systems (JD Edwards, Planful, Power BI, Salesforce).
• Experience collaborating across functions to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to FP&A and Treasury teams, guiding analysts and driving insights for leadership.
• Oversee annual budget and quarterly forecast processes including tools and stakeholders.
• Lead monthly financial statements, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses for leadership.
• Prepare quarterly Board and senior leadership presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Develop long-range strategic financial planning models and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate opportunities and improve results.
• Lead scenario modeling and ad-hoc analyses for investments, contracts, and operations.
• Manage capital planning, approvals, and reporting, including business case reviews.
• Administer financial reporting systems, security, and dashboard development.
• Drive FP&A and treasury process improvements, forecasting accuracy, and data quality.
• Oversee cash and treasury operations, credit facilities, and banking relations.
