Job summary

E78 Talent seeks a dynamic Manager, FP&A & Treasury to partner with the CFO in a global manufacturing organization. You will own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, cash flow planning and executive reporting.

In this newly created leadership role you will build and refine finance processes, deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, and drive KPI reporting, multi-entity finance controls, and Finance transformation initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Prior FP&A and Treasury leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B environments preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting multi-entity operations.
• ERP and business intelligence reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting packages and executive dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive profitability analysis across business units, products, and customer segments.
• Partner with operational leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and improve KPI reporting and business performance metrics.
• Oversee cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Monitor working capital performance and key cash flow drivers.
• Strengthen treasury controls and financial governance processes.
• Support funding and cash management strategies across multiple business entities.
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Support ERP, reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Build scalable financial planning and reporting processes.
