Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Director of Finance to build and lead a best-in-class FP&A team, owning the operating P&L and driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will partner with the executive team to deliver insights, influence decisions, and scale finance operations in a high-growth environment.

The role requires 8-12+ years of experience, strong leadership, and exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• 8-12+ years of progressive FP&A/strategic finance experience
• Experience owning or managing significant portions of a company's P&L
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on financial planning
• Proven people leadership and team-building capabilities
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Own the company's operating P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across revenue, Opex, and SG&A.
• Design and lead scalable monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that inform executive decisions and planning.
• Partner with Accounting during monthly close to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with planning and forecasting.
• Improve financial reporting capabilities through automation, systems, and process optimization.
• Support investor, lender, board, and executive reporting with analyses and presentations.
