SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Director of Forecasting for an on-site role in Orlando, FL (with potential to base in Tampa or Miami). You will lead forecasting models for visitor attendance, ticket sales, and revenue, and partner with operations, marketing, and finance to align plans with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in forecasting or financial planning within entertainment or hospitality, strong analytical skills, and experience leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of forecasting, financial analysis, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in forecasting software, data analytics tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement forecasting models for attendance, ticket sales, and revenue.
• Forecast park expenses and monitor performance against forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales to align plans.
• Prepare regular forecast updates for senior management.
• Lead and mentor forecast analysts and drive data-driven culture.
• Identify process improvements and adopt new tools.
