Metz Culinary Management is growing, and we have an opening for a STELLAR Food Service Director with a strong background in cafe and multi-outlet retail dining who shares our passion for AMAZING Food and UNFORGETTABLE Service.
Enjoy a work/life balance with Monday-Friday daylight hours in a prominent setting in the U.S. House of Representatives. We require a polished and professional identity with a winning attitude from a Director experienced in leading a team across all operations. Multi-outlet retail dining experience is a MUST—overseeing Café, Grab and Go, and national brand retail outlets.
The Food Service Director/GM is responsible for the overall food service operation. Responsibilities include implementing company cycle menus and recipes, overseeing purchasing, employee programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations, food preparation, service, sanitation, and ensuring operational results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.
