We require a polished and professional identity with a winning attitude from a Director experienced in leading a team across all operations. Multi-outlet retail dining experience is a MUST—overseeing Café, Grab and Go, and national brand retail outlets.

The Food Service Director/GM is responsible for the overall food service operation. Responsibilities include implementing company cycle menus and recipes, overseeing purchasing, employee programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations, food preparation, service, sanitation, and ensuring operational results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back of house)
• Catering experience
• Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with attractive presentation ideas
• Culinary or Hospitality Degree a strong plus
