Director of Dietary Services

Cobble Hill Health Center is a not-for-profit long- and short-term care facility providing services to the disabled and elderly for over 40 years. The Food Services Director will play an integral role in helping us to achieve our vision: to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in residential and community care.

As a Director of Food Services, you will be responsible to plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the food services department in accordance with federal and state regulations. You will direct the department to establish policies and procedures while ensuring that quality of service and nutritional care are provided on a daily basis.

Position Qualifications:

• College degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Dietetics or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (R.D.) strongly preferred
• 3-5+ years of senior leadership experience in clinical and administration in a health care facility, hospital, or long term care institution
• Strong leadership skills; able to lead teams and motivate staff; prior experience running a dietary department
