Job summary

Denú Hotel & Spa in Phoenix seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the launch and ongoing operation of all F&B outlets. This role shapes guest experiences, builds a high-performing team, and establishes standards for a brand-new, independent hotel.

You will own P&Ls, budgets, and menu strategy, drive revenue through dining programs and events, and ensure compliance with health and labor regulations while fostering a hospitality-driven service culture.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in F&B leadership at full-service hotels.
