Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC in New Hampshire is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen operations across multiple venues. You will focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience, supporting and developing teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will also be responsible for financial performance, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and helping the business grow while supporting nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit, high-volume hospitality, casino, or upscale entertainment operations.
• Strong financial and business management skills, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and New Hampshire hospitality regulations.
• Experience with vendor management, inventory control, and menu development.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent preferred.

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen operations across multiple locations
• Manage budgets, review financial performance, control food, beverage, and labor costs, and increase revenue
• Hire, train, coach, and develop managers, chefs, and team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, alcohol, and gaming-related requirements applicable to the operations
• Oversee menu development, beverage selections, and promotions in partnership with the marketing team
• Manage vendors, purchasing, and inventory to control costs and reduce waste
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience

What You'll Bring

• Proven leadership skills, with experience developing and motivating teams
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and New Hampshire hospitality regulations
• Experience with vendor management, inventory control, and menu development
• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
