Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club is seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Director to oversee and innovate all culinary and service operations across our diverse dining outlets.

About Us:

Plantation Bay is a vibrant, upscale, gated community known for its active lifestyle, world-class golf courses, tennis and pickleball facilities, and exceptional member experiences. Our dining program includes multiple venues—from casual poolside cabanas to elegant club dining—and hosts a wide variety of events and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of managers, servers, bartenders, and culinary staff
• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including member dining, events, and banquets
• Drive service standards, member satisfaction, and staff development
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to craft seasonal menus and elevate culinary offerings
• Manage budgets, cost controls, staffing, and inventory systems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Act as a visible and engaging leader, fostering a member-first culture

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience (club, resort, or high-end hospitality preferred)
• Proven success in managing multiple outlets and large teams
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining service
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, service-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
