Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Food and Beverage located in Howey in the Hills, FL. The Director will be responsible for overseeing 100% customer satisfaction, culinary programming through the culinary team, all aspects of food service, service standards, and etiquette. All financial responsibility for food & beverage, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, P&L direction on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
