Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Director of Operations to stand up and scale centralized fleet-wide operations across multiple sites. This leader will design uniform standards, management systems, and cadences; integrate new assets; and partner with several departments to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations while enabling growth.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will build a high-performance team, standardize processes, and drive performance metrics, with travel to sites as

Qualifications

• 10+ years in power generation operations and maintenance with multi-site leadership.
• 3+ years as a Plant Manager or equivalent with safety and budget accountability.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering from an accredited college; experience may substitute.
• Valid driver’s license; strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence: safety, compliance, reliability, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
• Translate operational drivers into production economics and capital allocation trade-offs.
• Develop fleet metrics, definitions, dashboards, and root-cause routines.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles for budgets and capital plans.
• Develop vendor/contract strategies to optimize cost and performance.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration planning for new sites.
