Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting in Seattle to lead SEC filings for a publicly traded client. The ideal candidate will bring public accounting and industry experience along with strong management skills.

The role involves reviewing footnotes, MD&A, and XBRL tagging, and coordinating with accounting personnel across divisions. Hybrid work arrangement is four days in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA is required.
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of SEC Reporting.
• Public accounting and industry experience with publicly traded company required
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in Excel.
