The ideal candidate will bring strong planning credibility, excellent communication, and the ability to partner with advisors in a consultative, client-focused way. CFP designation and 7+ years of planning experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active CFP designation required.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex planning.
• Experience working with financial advisors/RIAs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior financial planning resource to advisors, RIAs, and their clients.
• Support complex planning conversations across retirement, estate, tax, investment, insurance, and wealth transfer planning.
• Help advisors identify planning opportunities and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams to improve planning workflows, deliverables, tools, and service models.
• Assist with advisor education, planning content, presentations, webinars, whitepapers, and best practices.
• Use planning software and Excel modeling to support scenario analysis and planning recommendations.
• Help increase advisor adoption of financial planning resources and planning technology.
• Mentor and support planning team members as the function continues to grow.
• Contribute to the ongoing build‑out and modernization of the Advanced Planning function.
