Job summary

You will coordinate the operating and capital budgets, prepare monthly financial reports, and serve as the liaison to corporate finance.

You will analyze variance and support business planning for physician recruitment and strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading operating and capital budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and manage the operating and capital budget planning and preparation.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to administration.
• Review revenue cycle performance and identify issues affecting efficiency.
• Assist with business plans and pro-formas for new physician recruitment and programs.
