Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering or related field (eight years may substitute).
• Eight years of related, progressive experience in financial analysis, capital investment evaluation, business planning or performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, regulatory accounting and capital investment evaluation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level reports.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional processes and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the enterprise capital governance and approval process, establishing requirements for AFEs and ensuring adherence.
• Review and evaluate significant capital projects for senior management approval and monitor expenditures against AFEs; lead post‑completion reviews.
• Contribute to short- and long-range plans, perform financial analyses and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop executive-level reports, presentations and communications for senior management, the board and external stakeholders.
• Monitor external news sources and investor communications for material events, update financial models and communicate impacts.
• Mentor and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
