Katalyst Group is recruiting for a Director of FP&A on behalf of a VC-backed international manufacturing company experiencing significant growth. This role will act as a right hand to the CFO in scenario planning and modeling in inventory analysis, capital formation, and cash conversion, and leading efforts in launching new product lines.

Candidates with a CPA/CFA, a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience ideally in a PE-backed manufacturing or investment banking setting are encouraged to contact us immediately for this opportunity.

The Director of FP&A is expected to work remotely but there is a preference for candidates that reside in Chicagoland.
