Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT is seeking a Director of Financial Aid to provide strategic leadership for all financial aid operations and ensure compliant, high-quality service to students.

The role reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and requires 5-7 years of experience in higher education financial aid, with strong leadership and technical skills. Hybrid eligibility is available for this role.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience of increasing responsibility in Financial Aid at an accredited higher education institution
• Experience managing and maintaining budgets
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with enrollment management

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the financial aid office operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
• Develop annual financial aid budgets and packaging policies
• Coordinate reporting such as FISAP, CT State Grant, IPEDS, NCAA
• Supervise and develop Financial Aid staff
• Counsel students and families on financial aid options
• Collaborate with other College offices and departments
• Maintain confidential student records
