Job summary

• Develop Verification policy and direct processing for loans, R2T4, withdrawals, and VA benefits.
• Conduct monthly program audits and collaborate with leadership to optimize the Banner system.
• Deliver financial aid presentations to diverse audiences and provide empathetic guidance to disadvantaged students.
• Manage complex eligibility correspondence and execute special assignments as directed by leadership.
