ReSupply is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to drive strategic financial planning and data-driven decision making. You will own forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and executive reporting while partnering with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 6–10 years in FP&A, strategic/ corporate finance or related roles.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in high-growth startups.
• Advanced financial modeling and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Strong ability to build executive dashboards and KPI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning.
• Build dynamic financial models for scenario analysis and exec decisions.
• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and evaluate investments.
• Prepare monthly exec reporting packages and board materials.
• Provide variance analyses and identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Forecast revenue, gross margin, Opex, headcount, and cash flow.
• Support pricing strategy, unit economics, and ROI analyses.
