Job summary

Carter Mackenzie International is partnering with a growing organization to appoint a Director of Finance who will own the numbers behind its capital projects from development through long-term operation. Reporting to the head of finance, this leader will blend forward-looking planning with hands-on transaction work.

You will build budgets and forecasts, develop models for key decisions, prepare investment materials, and manage lender reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in project finance within construction or related industry.
• Experience with capital projects from development to operation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Develop models guiding key decisions for capital projects.
• Prepare materials for investment committee review and lender reporting.
• Manage reporting obligations and lender compliance requirements.
• Structure debt for new capital raises and see transactions through to completion.
• Help build and lead a finance team as the organization scales.
