Position Type: Executive-Level, Full-Time
Salary Range:$85,000 – $95,000 with substantial benefit package
The Director of Finance, Human Resources & Technology oversees the Chamber's financial operations, human resources functions, office administration, and technology needs.
This position provides organizational leadership, supervises staff, collaborates with the President & CEO, Treasurer, board leadership, and outside consultants, and ensures that the Chamber's internal operations align with its strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is an organized, resourceful, and collaborative professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism.
As a member of the Chamber team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to an organization dedicated to supporting businesses, strengthening our local economy, and advancing the Greater Springfield business community.
In this role, you'll help shape the internal systems and operations that support the Chamber's mission and make a meaningful impact on the organization's continued success.
This position involves office-based work and may require occasional standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds, and attending meetings and events outside the main office.
The ability to operate a motor vehicle and/or use public transportation may be required for business-related activities.
