Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with five or more years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to relate to employees, officials and the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, payroll, accounts payable, tax and audits.
• Direct Human Resources functions: personnel records, policy development, recruitment, performance management, benefits, compensation, planning and development.
• Provide high-level IT oversight: troubleshooting, hardware/software procurement, vendor coordination and company-wide training.
