Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• Ten years in financial/cost accounting, manufacturing or public accounting preferred.
• Lean principles experience with on-site collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of business systems, Excel, and charting.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VMVS division annual business planning, budget development, and execution.
• Oversee financial, business systems, and IT Operations across multiple locations.
• Conduct comprehensive financial SWOT analysis on profitability by customers, products, and markets.
• Coordinate month-end close activities to meet timelines.
• Benchmark financials and propose ROCE improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead inventory valuation and physical inventory efforts across sites.
• Drive productivity and cost analyses to protect gross margin.
• Collaborate with corporate finance to expand knowledge across the business.
• Integrate digital products and services to ensure seamless cross-system interaction.
