Alliance Resource Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Director of Finance / Controller to lead accounting operations for a food and beverage manufacturing business. This hands-on role focuses on cost accounting, inventory control, and scalable financial processes to drive profitability.

You will partner with Operations and executive leadership to improve cost visibility, implement robust financial reporting, and support growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Manufacturing cost accounting and cost visibility expertise.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing environments.
• CPA designation preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Oversee GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business decisions.
• Partner with Operations to improve profitability and performance.
• Establish policies and controls to support growth.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Improve reporting capabilities using ERP systems.
