Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance department, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations across functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting.
• Produce and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, in compliance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial matters; conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage all third-party audits and financial systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the budgeting process, ensuring financial goals are met and reporting variances to senior management.
• Drive financial planning by analyzing performance and risks; develop strategies to ensure profitability and growth.
• Prepare, review, and present detailed financial reports to upper management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with tax partners (PwC) for quarterly and annual tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred; 8-10 years of financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing financial landscapes.
• Ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting and payroll systems.
