Bloomlife is seeking an experienced financial professional to support key strategic initiatives, generate insights on business performance, and provide Bloomlife’s leadership team with the financial analysis needed to make effective decisions. You will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally on budgeting, forecasting, developing key metrics, processes, and structures to guide future growth across the organization.

You will report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to present to the executive leadership team and board regularly.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
3. Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, P&L, and cash flow management.
4. Support financial and operational reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities for senior and board stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to create budgets, track key performance indicators, and leverage data for proactive improvements.

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting
2. Oversee accounting operations, including quarterly reconciliation with overseas subsidiaries, payroll, taxes, and compliance.
3. Prepare and present financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and stakeholders.

2. Improve financial and accounting systems through automation and streamlining manual processes.
3. Partner with departments to ensure leaders have accurate information for operational spend and resource allocation decisions.
4. Manage customer billing processes and track related metrics.
5. Support procurement activities as needed.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a startup environment.
• Deep experience in financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and driving business initiatives.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
