Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to recruit a Director of Finance in the Dallas area. The role leads a team of 5-10 professionals, partners with the CFO and executive leadership, and shapes the financial direction beyond traditional reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of finance experience (finance, accounting, FP&A, audit or tax), proven leadership, strong communication and executive presence, and a track record of career progression.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax, FP&A, or a related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• A track record of career progression and stability.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Compensation & Location

• Annual Bonus: 12.5%
• Location: Irving, TX
• Schedule: Primarily onsite with one work-from-home day every two weeks
• Travel: Approximately 15% domestic travel within Texas
