Florida's Best Water Treatment Company seeks a Canvassing Manager (Lead Canvassers) to build and lead a door-to-door marketing team in Broward County. You will interview, hire, train, and motivate field marketers to educate homeowners and schedule free water quality tests, 5–6 days per week.

This leadership role includes developing field marketing strategies, mapping neighborhoods, planning routes, and coaching the team daily.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing field marketers in home improvements or related industry.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door field marketers
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training daily
• Develop field marketing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help field marketers improve results
