Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking a marketing manager to build and lead a door-to-door field marketing team in Broward County. You will interview, hire, train, and motivate marketers to educate homeowners and schedule free water quality tests, 5–6 days per week.

You will develop field marketing strategies, map neighborhoods, plan routes, and coach your team daily to achieve targets. A strong focus on coaching, leadership, and results is essential.

Position
