Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field required
• Active compliance certification (CRCM) strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services compliance with focus on fair banking/fair lending
• 5+ years in leadership/management
• Experience with fair banking regulatory examinations, audits, and regulatory relationship management
• FinTech compliance, banking-as-a-service, or partnership banking models valued

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Fair Banking Program across the enterprise
• Lead and mentor a high-performing compliance team
• Provide advisory guidance on complex fair banking regulatory matters
• Oversee fair lending testing, policy development, and program execution
• Direct exam management activities for fair banking regulatory examinations
• Engage with senior leaders to align regulatory requirements with business goals
